This episode provides an overview of what Mere Mortals Unite podcast is about.  Joel Boggess and Julie Ann Sullivan sit down to discuss what brought Julie Ann into podcasting.  Since she graduated with a bachelor's degree in developmental psychology, Julie Ann Sullivan became a life-long learner.  Since she was 20 years old she deliberately learned about human behavior every day.  

Julie Ann went back to school and got her MBA and CPA license where she became aware of how people were affected in the workplace.  She is a self-proclaimed "recovering accountant" who is now a professional speaker, trainer and inspired leadership coach.

Listener's will learn effective ways of handling pressure, how to deal with mistakes and also how to handle success.  Julie Ann will interview guests that have experienced many of these feelings and emotions and will share tips and strategies about how they overcame their challenges and identified with their successes.
