Steve Browne, is the Vice President Director of Human Resources for LaRosa's, Inc. - a regional Pizzeria restaurant chain in the Midwest. Steve took LaRosa’s HR department from just being a place that creates structure to one that knows and cares about each employee.  

He started his career there by not making any changes for three months.  His style is one in which he understands his workforce is the nexus of their business.  Imagine having a pizza delivery driver for 20 YEARS!
