On this episode, we talk with Meg Roberts, President of Molly Maid, Inc.  It’s her leadership style that really got me. This is her family. She truly wants everyone, including herself to aspire to greatness.

Molly Maid®, is a residential cleaning franchise that cleans more than 1.7 million homes annually. Founded in 1979 and franchising since 1984, there are more than 450 Molly Maid units operating in the United States. In 2015 they were acquired by the Dwyer Group® and is now a part of Neighborly, a community of home service experts with professional home service experts across 13 brands in the U.S.

Meg Roberts was named the president of Molly Maid, Inc. in 2012 and brings superb leadership, team development, management and strategic planning skills to the position. An eight-year veteran of Service Brands International, Meg previously served as vice president of marketing for Molly Maid and Mr. Handyman.

You’ll discover:

  • What is an aspirational workplace
  • How to always be moving to the next level
  • The importance of developing good talent (even if that sends them out the door)
  • Where will sincerity and authenticity get you?
  • The power of owning your own flaws…quickly
